Mission:
Our mission is to cultivate and support a vibrant research ecosystem within our college by providing resources, guidance, and opportunities to faculty and students. We are committed to nurturing a research-driven mind set, promoting collaboration, and facilitating the dissemination of knowledge for the betterment of our community and beyond.
Objectives:
1.Promote Research Excellence: Fosture a culture of Academic rigor and execellence by encouraging high quality research project & scholarly activities.
2.Support faculty & student researchers: Provide resources,grants and mentoring to support the research efforts of both faculty and students.
3.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers from various departments to address complex societal challeneges.
4.Disseminate Research Findings: Facilitate the publication of research findings in reputable journals and conferences and organized events to showcase research outcomes.
5.Research ethics & Compliance: Ensure addherence to ethical standards and responsible conduct of research among all the members of the college community.
6.Research Funding & Grants: Seek external funding oppurtunities and grants to support reseacrh initiatives and enhance research capacity.
7. Student involvement: Engage garduates and under graduates students in research activities,providing them with oppurtunities to develop research skills and contribute to ongoing projects.
8.Community Outreach: Collborate with local communities,industry partners and others stakeholders to apply research findings for the benefit of society.
9.Knowldege Exchange: Facilitate seminars,workshops and conferences to promote knowledge exchange and networking among researchers.
10.Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve committee processes and programs to ensure they align with the evolving needs and priorities of the college and broader research landscape.
Composition:
These vision, mission, and objectives statements should be periodically reviewed and refined to remain relevant and effective in fostering a culture of research excellence within the college. They provide a clear direction for the Research Committee to work towards enhancing the college’s research environment and contributing to the advancement of knowledge.
